Top Ten Tuesday – Characters I Would Dress as for Halloween

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and it is now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s theme is a Character Freebie. I found an old topic which was Characters I Would Dress as for Halloween. Here’s my list:

1. Harley Quinn

2. Hermione Granger

3. Cress

4. Nancy Drew

5. Mia Thermopolis

6. The Princess in Black

7. Gert

8. Veronica Lodge

9. Mary-Anne Spier

10. Josie

  1. This is such a fun choice for this weeks topic. So interesting to see what everyone comes up with. Harley Quinn is a real classic for halloween. It’s been ages since I actually dressed up for halloween though. For my list I chose to talk about some of the worst characters I’ve read about, villains are always fun 😋

  2. Ha-ha, after the release of ‘Suicide Squad’ you’d probably go to a Halloween party and be surrounded by about fifty Harley Quinns. Hermione Granger is never a bad choice (not a difficult costume to make or find, but still distinctive.) I haven’t read any ‘Baby-Sitter’s Club’ since I was in elementary school and I’m honestly not making fun of you, but I’m not sure how anyone could dress as Mary Anne. She was the shy, sensitive one, right? But I don’t remember her having any specific way of dressing that stood out. Cool list! 🙂

    1. I’ve dressed as Hermione before, which was a lot of fun. I think it would be easier to dress as Mary Anne now that the graphic novels have an image of the characters in the books. She was always my favourite one.
