I loved reading American Gods, tried to watch the tv series and don’t get through the second episode. So glad I read the book first.
I want to read the Percy Jackson series xx

I didn’t read American Gods but I want to. Percy Jackson is really good, but I haven’t finished the series yet.

I read ‘The Penelopiad’ recently and I was surprised how much I liked it. It almost made reading that agonizing slog that is ‘The Odyssey’ worth it, because it helped with context. I haven’t read any of the others, though I really like the books I have read by Neil Gaiman.
