Top Ten Tuesday – Jane Austen Inspired Books

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and it is now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. This week is a freebie. I was inspired to list my favourite Jane Austen Inspired Books after reading Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe over the weekend. Jane Austen is one of my favourite authors, and I love reading and collecting retellings of her classic novels! Here’s my list:

1. Eligible by Curtis Sittenfeld

2. Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe by Melissa de la Cruz

3. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies by Seth Grahame-Smith and Jane Austen

4. Northanger Abbey by Val McDermid

5. Emma by Alexander McCall Smith

6. Austenland by Shannon Hale

7. Bridget Jones’s Diary by Helen Fielding

8. Death Comes to Pemberley by P.D. James

9. The Jane Austen Marriage Manual by Kim Izzo

10. Jane and the Unpleasantness at Scargrave Manor (Jane Austen Mysteries #1) by Stephanie Barron

  1. Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to stop hackers?
